In addition to the documentation request form on this website, we run advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram using Meta's native Lead Ads feature, known as Instant Forms. Instant Forms are completed directly within Facebook or Instagram — not on this website. When you submit an Instant Form, your submission is collected and initially processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. under Meta's own data policy, before being made available to us for follow-up. How Meta itself collects, uses, and retains the information you submit through an Instant Form, before it reaches us, is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to review.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes. Information you submit is used exclusively by El Alto OceanView Residences and HCG Investments to respond to your request.
We retain the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a record of prospective-buyer communications for our internal sales process — typically no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you request earlier deletion or a longer retention period is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have submitted to us at any time. To do so, email contact@elaltoresidences.com from the address you used to contact us, and we will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics collects aggregate information such as page views, general/approximate geographic location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you interact with certain buttons and links on this site (for example, requesting information, requesting site documents, booking a call, contacting us via WhatsApp, or submitting the documentation request form). This data is aggregated and used to understand overall site usage — it is not used to personally identify you. This site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., which collects aggregate page-view and performance information (such as the referring page, browser and device type, and country) without the use of cookies or local storage, and is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy. We do not use Google Analytics data for advertising. This website itself does not have the Meta Pixel or other advertising trackers installed. However, we do run advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) using Meta's native Instant Forms feature, which operates independently of this website and is governed by Meta's own privacy practices as described above.

This site does load web fonts from Google Fonts and, on the homepage, may reference third-party links (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram) that you can choose to click. Google's font delivery network may log standard request data (such as IP address) under Google's own privacy policy; this is outside our control and not used by us for tracking.
This site stores a single value in your browser's local storage to remember whether you last viewed the site in English or Spanish. This value never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us or to any third party, and contains no personal information.
