Form submissions are transmitted directly from your browser to Formspree, Inc., a third-party form-processing service that acts as our data processor. Formspree receives your submitted information over an encrypted HTTPS connection and forwards it to our team; we do not operate our own server-side database for this form. Formspree's handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes. Information you submit is used exclusively by El Alto OceanView Residences and HCG Investments to respond to your request.
We retain the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a record of prospective-buyer communications for our internal sales process — typically no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you request earlier deletion or a longer retention period is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics collects aggregate information such as page views, general/approximate geographic location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you interact with certain buttons and links on this site (for example, requesting information, requesting site documents, booking a call, contacting us via WhatsApp, or submitting the documentation request form). This data is aggregated and used to understand overall site usage — it is not used to personally identify you. We do not use Google Analytics data for advertising, and no other analytics, advertising, or tracking script (such as Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel) is installed on this site.
